Wear sunscreen: Instead of spending countless dollars on reparative creams, spend much less on sunscreen, which can help prevent sun damage.

Meditate daily: Because stress can wreak havoc on your body and can speed up the aging process, reducing it can help you look and feel younger, and meditation is a great way to de-stress. Some studies have also shown that meditation can lengthen telomeres, which are important to slow down the aging process.

Dance: Studies have shown dancing can help keep your brain young and partaking in a variety of dance can offer greater benefits. Plus, it’s just really fun to do!

Sleep: Getting enough sleep is an integral part of looking and feeling your best. Several different health problems are associated with lack of sleep including expedited aging. They don’t call it beauty sleep for nothing.

Sleep on your back: Sleeping with your face pressed against a pillow can contribute to wrinkles. If possible, try to sleep on your back, or keep switching sides using a silk pillow.

Avoid straws: People use straw as a means of preventing teeth staining and other teeth issues, but over time, the use of straws can lead to wrinkles around the mouth. Occasional straw use is okay, but don’t make it a regular habit.

Stay hydrated: Drinking plenty of water helps flush toxins out of the body, which makes your skin appear glowing. Furthermore, hydration makes your skin plumper which is more youthful.

Wear sunglasses: Not wearing sunglasses is problematic for two reasons: First, the skin around your eyes is sensitive and so it can become easily damaged due to UV rays. Second, squinting leads to wrinkles.

Wash your face at the end of the day: Throughout the day, your skin is exposed to dirt, oil, pollution, etc. Get rid of it all at the end of the day by washing your face.

Have regular sex: Sex can burn calories and can boost youthfulness.
