When will I notice a change in health?
We are all made up differently; therefore our response to supplements will vary. The best advice is to allow time for the supplements to work within the system, at least four weeks and up to six for optimal results.

Will I be put on an autoship?
Customers will automatically be placed on our autoship program. Customers are informed of this during the ordering process, and before the order is finalized.

Shipping and returning

Do you ship internationally?
No. We only ship to Canada.

How are the products shipped?
Customers will receive their order via Canada Post.

How long does shipping take?
We understand that you want your product as soon as possible and we do our very best to make deliveries speedy. Shipping times will vary depending on where you live, however you can expect to receive your order in 7 to 14 business days.

Do I have to pay tax or shipping?
We cover the tax and the shipping costs!

Can I return the product if I don’t like it? If so, how?
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase then simply return the open and unopened bottles back to us for a full refund of purchase price within 30 days.

Can I buy your product at my local health food store?
Although our products can be found in some health food stores, there aren’t many. Your best option is to buy directly from us for the best guarantee and prices.

Product-specific questions

Are your products organic, gluten free or non-GMO?
Our products do not have an Organic, Gluten Free or Non-GMO classification but they are natural.

Can I mix your pills in with food such as yogurt?
Yes you can. Bel Marra products are safe to take with any food unless stipulated to take on an empty stomach.

Is it safe to take your products if I have high blood pressure?
Although Bel Marra products are safe to take, we always recommend you speak with your own health care professional before beginning any health product therapy.

Do your products have side effects?
There have not been any side effects reported, as our products are formulated at safe levels and contain all natural ingredients.

Can my child take your products?
Bel Marra supplements are produced with a high regard for quality with natural ingredients. However, our products are researched to be safe for adults.

I am taking prescription drugs, is it safe to use your products?
We understand that our customers may take other medication and we develop our safe and effective products with this in mind. However we take the health and wellbeing of our customers very seriously and always advise consulting with your doctor beforehand.

How many capsules should I take?
Directions of how many capsules to take are found on the product bottle. For most of our products two capsules is enough. Always ensure you are reading the label and following the directions.

How long do I have to take your products for?
In order to support overall good health, we suggest you take the product as recommended daily. Stoppage of the product may negate any benefits obtains from the products. Because they are dietary supplements you don’t
need to worry about them being habit-forming.

When should I take them?
Specific directions as to when you should take the supplement is indicated on the bottle. We do advise that supplements be taken two hours apart from any prescription medications.

Can I take the supplements with my other prescription medications?
If you are taking prescription medications always speak to your doctor prior to beginning supplements. As indicated above we suggest taking supplements at least two hours prior or two hours after taking prescription

Should I continue using your products if I am scheduled for surgery?
Although Bel Marra products are safe to take, we always recommend you speak with your own health care professional before beginning any health product therapy.

Should I take them with or without food?
Some of our products require being taken with food. If this is the case it will indicate this on the bottle. If not indicated, then you can take them whenever. Always ensure you are reading and following directions
on the bottle for the most success.

Can I open the capsules to take them if I have difficulties swallowing?
Yes, you can open the capsule and empty the contents if you find it difficult to swallow capsules.

How long do your products stay fresh for?
Our products are developed and tested for a 30 month shelf life. You can find expiry information on every bottle.

How long will one bottle last me?
Typically, a single bottle is one month’s supply worth of product. There are few exceptions.

How should the supplements be stored?
It is best to keep the supplements away from moisture, heat, light, and air. They should be kept in a cool, dry place. It is safe to keep them in the fridge but not the freezer.

Is it OK to take different supplements together?
Combining supplements will not normally interfere with the way they work and in some cases may be beneficial. Before combining supplements it is advisable to consult a health care practitioner or
the product manufacturer.
