- 2 cups low-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 cup non-fat milk, or milk alternative such as soy or almond milk
- 3 frozen bananas
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
Whiz the yogurt, milk, bananas, honey and cinnamon together in a blender. Pour into glasses and serve.
