Cinnamon Smoothie


Healthy meals in the morning don’t have to be time-consuming. Whip up a cinnamon smoothie to benefit from the spice’s antioxidants while giving yourself nourishing energy for the hours to come.



  • 2 cups low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup non-fat milk, or milk alternative such as soy or almond milk
  • 3 frozen bananas
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon


Whiz the yogurt, milk, bananas, honey and cinnamon together in a blender. Pour into glasses and serve.
