I’m sure you have heard the term “superfood” but maybe you don’t know what it means. Well, a food is deemed a superfood when it is packed with vitamins and nutrients which make it exceptionally good for your health. The problem is these “superfoods” are often overpriced and so can be pricey to purchase on the regular. ‘Yellow’ tea: Mix turmeric, cinnamon, and some cardamom in order to boost metabolism, immunity, and prevent hunger pains.
These food items provide you with plenty of nutrients that you need in order to stay healthy all the while being cheaper options than many typical superfoods that are largely marketed. Frankly, as long as you eat a variety of foods of different colors than you can properly support your health as you will be taking in a wide range of vitamins and minerals all that work to support good health.
