Tomato: Tomatoes contain high levels of vitamins shown to be good for your eyes and skin. Additionally, the vitamins found in tomatoes may help boost your immune system. Clearly, tomatoes have what it takes to be deemed a superfood, minus the high price tag.
‘Yellow’ tea: Mix turmeric, cinnamon, and some cardamom in order to boost metabolism, immunity, and prevent hunger pains.
These food items provide you with plenty of nutrients that you need in order to stay healthy all the while being cheaper options than many typical superfoods that are largely marketed. Frankly, as long as you eat a variety of foods of different colors than you can properly support your health as you will be taking in a wide range of vitamins and minerals all that work to support good health.
