Rebecca Bowslaugh is passionate about two things: health and travel. She learned a great deal about international foods, meditative exercise and cultural health practices after spending the last seven years living on three continents and extensively traveling around the world. Due to her own dietary restrictions – and a good dose of curiosity – Rebecca is constantly seeking out healthy recipes and new superfoods to add to her diet. She also practices yoga to maintain strength and prevent stress. Rebecca recently joined the Bel Marra editorial team after completing a post graduate in publishing.
