Mediterranean platter recipe

The Mediterranean diet is full of healthy food that is rich in unsaturated, heart-healthy fats and antioxidants to fight inflammation.

Ingredients:

  • 10-oz. container of hummus
  • 12 Mini whole-grain pita breads
  • Assorted olives
  • Feta cheese
  • Microgreens

Assorted vegetables such as baby carrots, sliced red pepper, celery sticks, grape tomatoes, romaine hearts, etc.

Cut the pita into halves and arrange the vegetables and pita on a platter. Serve with hummus, feta and olives.
